You can now update a customer's name or email directly from the pass overview page, without needing to contact support.
✏️ Edit in place – hit edit on the customer details section and update name or email
✅ Validation on save – both fields are required, so you can't save an incomplete record
🔄 Applied across all orders – changes flow through to every pass that customer holds, keeping records consistent
🧾 Fully audited – every change is logged so you can see who updated what, and when

If you sell passes or memberships, you now have a dedicated dashboard in Reports giving you full visibility of how your passes are performing — from sales through to redemption, utilisation, and customer behaviour.
📊 Active pass health – see how many passes are active, how that's changed month-on-month and year-on-year, and how many passes are expiring in the next 7 or 30 days
💰 Sales & revenue – passes and pass uses sold, broken down by plan
🔁 Redemption & usage – total uses, average uses per pass, visit frequency distribution, % of passes used, days between visits, days to first use, and usage by timeslot
👥 Passholder vs general visitor – weekly attendance split and no-show rates for both groups
